The petition of Nathan Tanner, Jr., and Stewart T. Tanner, executors of the estate es-tate of Rachel W. Tanner, deceased, praying for an order of sal of real prop; erty of said decedent, and that all persons per-sons Interested appear before th said court to show cause why an order should not be granted to sell so much as shall be necessary of the following described real estate of said deceased, to-wit: Commencing Com-mencing at point twelve and elght-hun-dredths (12.08) chains north of the southwest south-west corner of section 18, township 2 south, range 1 east, of th Bait Lake meridian; me-ridian; running thence west five (6) chains to the center of the county road: thence north six (8) chains; thance east five (5) chains; thence north on (1) chain; thence east seven and five-tenths (7.6) chains; thence south ten O0) chains; thence west seven and five-tenths (7.6) chains to the section line; thence north three and elght-hundredths (3.08) chains to the place of beginning; except one acre out of th southeast corner of said tract described as follows, to-wit: Commencing Commenc-ing at a point nine (9) chains north and seven and five-tenths (7.6) chains east of the southwest corner of said section 16. and running thence north five (5) chains; thence west two (2) chains; thenc south five (5) chains; thane east two (2) chains to the place of beginning, has been set for hearing on Saturday, the 2nd day of June, A. D. 1904. at 10 o'clock a. m., at the County Court House, In the Court Room of said Court, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah.
