They are Issued to show .the conditions that have prevailed during the month In question for the above period of years, but roust not be construed as a forecast of the weather conditions for the coming month; TEMPERATURE. Mean or normal ' temperature, 67 de- trees. The warmest month was that of 1900. with an average of 74 degrees. The coldest month was that of 189L with an average of 62 degrees. ' The highest temperature was 101 degrees, de-grees, on Juqe 28, 1900. The lowest temperature was S3 degrees, de-grees, on June S. 1898.
