NOTICE OF STOCKHOLDERS' MEETING. At a meeting of the board of directors of the Odd Fellows' Building association held at the office of said company in the city of Salt Lake, State of Utah, on the th day of September, 1906, the following resolutions were read and adopted: "Resolved. That a special meeting of the stockholders of this company be held on the 7th day of October. 1906, at 8 o'clock p. m. of said day, at the office of said company, In the Odd Fellows' temple on Market street In said Salt Lake City, Utah, for the purpose of considering the question of amending Article Eight decreasing de-creasing the number of the. directors of said company from fifteen to thirteen, and to authorise the directors or said company com-pany to make, execute and file in the proper office amended articles of incorporation in-corporation In accordance with law, providing pro-viding fot such decrease, and that due notice of said meeting be given by publishing pub-lishing this resolution In The Salt Lake Telegram, a newspaper printed in the English En-glish language and having a general circulation cir-culation in said - city:, and -county, - for a period of twenty-one days, th time, required re-quired by the laws of said State.
