Show KINNEY HAS A BILL PROVIDING THAT FARE . ENTITLES TO SEAT. Kinney introduced a bill Tuesday, that, If It becomes a law, will be hailed with 1oy by all residents in cities who usevthe street railways. The bill provides pro-vides that it shall be the duty of every street railway company in the State to furnish a seat to every passenger In the car, and that on failure to do so, passengers pas-sengers may refuse to pay fare. It further provides that If a car fall to stop on signal at a proper stopping place, whether all seats are filled or not, the motorman or conductor may be charged with a misdemeanor. Other bills introduced were: H. B. No. 123 By Hopes, authorizes. $1000 appropriated for the road between Kureka and Goshen, to be expended between Eureka and Sliver City, Juab county. Highways and Bridges. H. b; No. 124 By Cottam, appropriating appropriat-ing $8000 to assist school districts whose revenue is not sufficient to pay for a teacher for twenty-eight weeks in each school year. Education and Art. H. B. No. 12ft By Hawley, to Increase the salaries of the ninth class from $800 to S1000; tenth class. $600 to $1000; eleventh elev-enth class, $600 to $1000; twelfth cass. $r-00 to $10C0; thirteenth class, $500 to $750; fourteenth class, $250 to $500; fifteenth fif-teenth class, $200 to $500.
