Lewis and Clark" exposition, decided at the commission meeting yesterday to appropriate ap-propriate $500 for the purpose of assisting the Ogden choir to attend the Portland fair during the Utah week. The commission commis-sion decided at first that it -could make no appropriation for this purpose, but F.J. Kiesel secured Mierapproprlatlon. The choir will sing the'Irrlgatlon.Ode at the exposition. . ' '1 . ' ' Other appropriations made by the commission com-mission were $1000 for a horticultural exhibition, ex-hibition, and $1000 for an agricultural ex-hibit. ex-hibit. .
