At this meeting; a State council. comprising Utah, Idaho and Nevada, Ne-vada, was organized. The council was organised, or-ganised, officers were elected, and a constitution con-stitution and 'by-laws were adopted. 8alt Lake was represented by Dr. M. A. Hughes and John J.
