He ex- ihihfted a map prepared by the Payson 4 Commercial club showing the proposed sf Txafer-Nebo scenic highwav connecting mf 1'ayson and Nephl by way of Loafer and Mt. Nebo. The club proposed vigorously to push the construction of this road un-til un-til completed. I'r. I,. N. F. Ms worth, chairman of the program committee, presented the pro- 5 ram for the year's work.
