19 Old Century-Old Wards Chart Special Observance Events Plans were being completed years ago for organization of the first 19 wards of the Church of Jesus Christ of Lat Lat- ter-day ter Saints in Salt Lake City At a meeting Thursday Feb 22 22 1849 first of the 19 bishoprics bishoprics bishop bishop- nez were set apart In commemoration of the event the first 19 wards of the city are planning special anniversary anniversary anni ann features Plans vary with the wards For example Fourth ward Is planning a special program for forthe forthe forthe the regular Sunday night meetIng meetIng meeting meet meet- ing of Feb 20 Then on Feb 22 there will be a banquet program and dance In addition auxiliary organizations of the ward will note the event at regular regular regular regu regu- lar meetings during the week In preparation for Feb 22 Arthur J.
