S Day of Woods Cross Thursday was given a month four suspended sentence and placed on parole for two years pears Harry L. L Sprigg of Salt Lake was the complaining witness Sprigg said he drove to Waters Waters' place to see if he could buy some fertilizer Waters came out from the camp wagon in which he lives and ordered Sprigg oft off the place threatening him with a loaded sawed off shotgun Sprigg said he would have complied with the order ot-der but when Waters brandished the gun at him he thought that was carrying matters too far G
