Witness Wit-ness identified the rcglstra'Jon lut, and testified that he wrote the word "voted" opposite the name of every rain who did vote. This list was oUered in evidence by the plaintiff, but the defense ot-jectod, and s rather prolonged and spirited argu incut ensued. The court overruled tho objection, and the list was admitted ad-mitted in evidence. It was thus proven that over cne hundred aud forty People's Iarty men votJ, whereas only J 23 such votes were reported as haviug been cast. This afternoon the caw was In progress. Hichard W.
