At a dockmen'a meeting this afternoon it was decided to watt upon the Industrial In-dustrial employers and try to arrange ar-range a settlement. A portion of tbe military bavo been withdrawn. Socialist Hums, in an interview this evening, declared that he was in favor of continuing the strike in spite of yesterday's decision. Sprow, one of the leaiers of tlie strike, has been arrested on a charge of intimidation. The dockiien hare decided to return to work in the morning.butthe sailors and firemen are still holding out. The town Is quiet tonight.
