Show Couple Leaves On Trip After Lovely Wedding A lovely wedding of this season was that of Miss Beverly Bev-erly Sumsion, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elvin E. Sumsion, and Don Miller, son or Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Miller. , and Dean Dudley and Leonard Moore of Spanish Fork, a duet. The couple left on Friday for a wedding trip in California. The bride wore a lovely green wool suit with black accessories with orchid corsage for her going-away attire. Upon their return, they plan to make their home In Provo. t The double ring ceremony' was performed by President Robert K. Burton on Wednesday, Jan. 15, in the Salt Lake temple. The marriage ceremony was witnessed by the bride's mother, also Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Brown, sister and brother-in-law of the bride, Mrs. Florence Workman and Mrs. Geneva Pace, aunts of the bridegroom. On Thursday evening, a lovely reception was given in the Fourth ward hall. The bridal party received re-ceived the guests in a setting of palms and white burning tapers in tall candelabra. The bride was beautifully gowned gown-ed in a silk marquisette, entrain, with a sheer yoke bordered with a ruffle and with a matching pep-lum. pep-lum. Her full-length veil, edged with matching lace, fell from a tiara of pearls. Her bridal bouquet bou-quet was of gardenias centered with an orchid and the white satin sat-in streamers were caught with tiny Finch roses. She was attended by her sister, Miss Teressa Sumsion, as maid of honor, and Mrs. Kathleen McKell, Mrs. Ruth Boyer, Mrs. Viola Jean Fox, Miss Barbara Bird, Mrs. Louise Lou-ise Bird, and Miss Arlene Whiting Whit-ing were bridesmaids. They wore pink and blue formals with matching match-ing veils and carried corresponding bouquets of gardenias and carnations. carna-tions. Mrs. Sumsion was in black crepe and Mrs. Miller wore silver and black. Their corsages were pink carnations. Mrs. Lucille Brown, sister of the bride, greeted the guests. In charge of the serving were, Mrs. Elsie Peery, sister of the bride, and Mrs. Nell Barton, Niss Norma Nell Straw. Mrs. Phyllis Phyl-lis Allan poured and Miss Beverly Hancock and Miss Betty Roylance served. The serving table held a pretty three-tiered wedding cake with tall pink and white tapers in crystal holders, on each end. During the evening, a string quartet composed of Mrs. Eileen Bird, Coleen and lone Lewis, Mrs. Thora Johnson played, and were accompanied by Mrs. Marjorie Bird at the piano.
