Show Round-ii-About Town . . Mrs. P. A. Case and daughter Lavern have returned from a delightful de-lightful visit with Mrs. Case's sister, sis-ter, Mrs. L. M. Allred and family at Bell Gardens, Calif. Their trip included a tour of Hoover Dam at Boulder City, Nev and sightseeing sight-seeing trips to many points of interest in California and also to Tijuna, Mex. Mrs. Grant Palfreyman and children and Mrs. Russell Blackett and children have recently returned return-ed from an enjoyable three weeks trip to the Northwest. They drove through Montana and the Coer D' Alene country to Spokane. In Seattle they were guests of Miss Eliza Hardman. Russell Blackett joined them at Seattle and drove to Portland and Corvallis, Oregon and home with them. In Corvallis they visited Mr. and -Mrs. Ray Hardman. They spent some time observing the damage and devastation Qiiserl bv th flood in the Port- land vicinity. Mr. Blackett reported re-ported airplanes were unable to land at the Portland airport. Miss Carma Bird, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Bird, is the guest of Miss Carman Hutchings at St. George. Mr. and Mrs. DeVere Weight and daughters of Ogden, were week end visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Weight and family. Mrs. Fred Blackett and daughters daught-ers are visiting her parents and other friends in Los Angeles, Calif. " . Among Springville young peo-Ida., peo-Ida., are Blaine Boyer, Jay pie spending a week's vacation Weight, Bart Czirr, Vernon and fishing trip at Bear Lake, Weight, Wallace Bird, and Don Clegg, Kae Weight, and Don Gottfredson. |
