Wheeler and Son Mortuary. Mrs. Vane was born in Appan oose county, Iowa, November 22, 1856. She came to Utah with her parents and other members of the family in 1864 and was known as one of the original pioneers of Utah. J . In 1878, she was married to Joseph Vane and they made their home in Springville most of their married life. She was a member of the LDS church. Survivors include the daughter, Mrs. Mendenhall, also two sons, Joseph Vane, Salt Lake City and Howard Vane, Springville; also nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. |
