Show Violators Apprehended By Fish & Game j Dept. During Week Seventy-four fish and game violators vio-lators were apprehended, arrested and fined in the past two weeks, according to arrest reports compiled com-piled by the Utah Fish and Game department. Fishing out of season or without with-out proper licenses brought about most of the fines, according to Merrill Hand, chief law enforcement enforce-ment deputy. Shooting from highways, high-ways, firing at birds, pheasant possession, and waterfowl infractions infrac-tions came in for a large share of the total number, Hand said. Fines ranged from $150 to $5.00 from illegal possession of game to target practice on a game preserve. |
