Show S. J. BOYER FILES FOR POSITION IN LOWER HOUSE Selvoy J. Boyer, well known leader in civic, religious and educational edu-cational affairs of this city, and a prominent farmer of this vicinity, vicini-ty, Tuesday, filed as a candidate on the Democratic ticket for the state house of representatives from the Legislative District No. 4, which includes Spanish Fork, Springville, Mapleton, Thistle and Clinton, i He was the first candidate candi-date to file in Utah county. Mr. Bover served as a state legislator in 1939-40, acting as chairman of the agriculture committee com-mittee and a member of several other committees during the session. ses-sion.
