Show POULTRYMEN HOLD ANNUAL MEETING With nearly 150 members and partners in attendance, the annual an-nual meeting and social of the Utah Poultry Producers Cooperative Cooper-ative association was conducted at the Mapleton ward hall Friday evening. 4 Clyde C. Edmunds of Salt Lake City, general manager of the cooperative, co-operative, was the principal guest speaker. He emphasized the poul-trymen's poul-trymen's responsibility in the "food for freedom" program and reviewed briefly the condition of the poultry industry in various parts of the country. Other program numbers included includ-ed a talk on "Food For Freedom" by George Johnson, F. F. A. member; mem-ber; musical numbers by Freeman Bird and Glenn Holley; vocal selections se-lections by Donna Fullmer; readings, read-ings, Ina Sanford; accordian selections, se-lections, Jack Medved. The banquet and program, directed di-rected by President R. D. Frazier and the poultrymen's auxiliary, was concluded with dancing. |
