Show CAMP KOLOB HAS BOOK BOUND Camp Kolob, D. U. P., under the direction of Mrs. Ellen Crandall, historian, Mrs. Emma Beardall, former captain, and Mrs. Sarah Weight, secretary, recently had a book bound consisting of 290 pages. The book contains a record of the camp from its organization to the present time and includes the names of all members holding certificates cer-tificates for dues paid for the centennial cen-tennial building, which is 100 per cent. There are also included in the books a total of forty-one pioneer pio-neer histories. The camp was reorganized on March 12, with Mrs. Emma Beardall, Bear-dall, historian, Mrs. Ellen Crandall I and Mrs. May Bird, assistants. They plan to complete two books I during the next two years, one on pioneer histories and another of locality histories. They have also requested that anyone in the First I ward who has the history of a pioneer, to contact them and if necessary they will assist them in getting it ready for the book. They urge that histories of pioneers be secured while pioneers are living. |
