Show Vocational Schools Train Men For National Defense Throughout Utah county, vocational voca-tional schools are today training men for places in the defense industries. in-dustries. Forty-five classes held in high schools and commercial shops are giving training to over five hundred hun-dred men in Utah county. Men from these classes are being placed regularly in industry. The classes are financed by federal, fed-eral, state, and local funds, and are sponsored by the local school districts. Utah is promised that the greatest great-est expansion in her history will probably occur in the next two years. Reservoirs of skilled help are already low. This means that industry must turn more and more to the vocational schools for trained train-ed personnel.
