Show 'I Dr. Edward Hart Continues Club Lectures Today Dr. Edward Hart of the BYTJ faculty will continue his lectures on -great American novels at the Hafen-Dallin club meeting this afternoon af-ternoon at 4:15 p.m. in the Little Theater, announces Miss Zina Johnson, club president. Dr. Hart will discuss "Of Human Bondage" by Somerset Maugham, noted English author, who tells of the experiences encountered by a young man in his search for the way of life. The book, rated as one of Maugham's greatest contributions contri-butions to prose fiction, is one of the greatest classics of the present day. An invitation is extended to everyone who would like to hear Dr. Hart's lectures, to attend. Parson Exhibit The exhibit of art by Oliver Parson at the art building will continue one more Sunday, October Octo-ber 25, the gallery being open from 3 to 6 p.m. and all who have not seen it, should make a special effort ef-fort to visit the gallery. The exhibit, exhib-it, also open school days from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. is being sponsored by the Hafen-Dallin club. In November the club is planning plan-ning to sponsor an exhibit of the work of the artist B. F. Larsen. Further details on this exhibit to 1 which all may look forward, will j be announced later. |
