OCR Text	Show Speeding Heads List Of City Offenses for March The office of the Springville precinct pre-cinct judge reports 39 cases were handled during the month of Mar., with the largest number of offenders offend-ers guilty of speeding. Following is a list of the offenses brought before the court: 19 speeding; five sign violations; three, intoxication; five, improper parking; one, failure fail-ure to control car; one, driving on the wrong side of the road; three, driving without a license; one, passing over the white line; one, interference with city electric elec-tric power.
