Show NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT DEERLANE MINING COMPANY, COM-PANY, Location of General Office, Springville, Utah Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Board of Directors Direct-ors held on January 25, 1950, an assessment No. 1 of one cent per share was levied on the outstanding outstand-ing Class A Preferred (Assessable) (Assess-able) capital Stock of the corporation, corpor-ation, effective February 3, 1950, and payable immediately thereafter there-after to Katherine Neff, Secretary, Secre-tary, at 973 So. Main St. Springville, Spring-ville, Utah. Any stock on which this assessment assess-ment shall remain unpaid on March Mar-ch 1, 1950, will be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, auc-tion, and unless payment is made before, so much of each parcel of stock as may be necessary, will be sold Wednesday the 19th day of April, 1900, at 2 o'clock p.m. at the office of the corporation at 973 South Main St., Springville, Utah, to pay the delinquent assessment assess-ment together with cost of advertising ad-vertising and expense of sale.
