Show A!! Is Ready For Black Hawk Festival Friday Preparations are being completed comple-ted today for the annual Black Hawk festival to be held at Memorial Mem-orial Hall Friday evening. The supper is to be served promptly at 7 p.m. from six long tables arranged the full length of the hall,, according to A. L. Thorpe, captain and general chair- ( Continued on. The Black Hawk committee will furnish coffee cof-fee and postum to everyone who comes for supper, Mr. Thorpe said, but sugar and cream must be brought with the suppers. Immediately after supper, about 8:30 p.m., the program will begin and several fine numbers will be given. The program will be followed fol-lowed with the old Black Hawk orchestra (Carters) Furnishing music. The state Black Hawk officers are being invited to attend the Springville function and it may be possible that the ' date of the summer encampment will be announced an-nounced during the evening, Mr. Thorpe said. Black Hawk committees have been appointed in each ward and those who desire may contact them for the supper menu. Others will decide a menu for their own group.
