In the Matter of the petition of the Springville Irrigation District Dis-trict by its Board of Directors for confirmation of a contract with the Strawberry Water Users' association. Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed by the board of directors of Springville Irrigation District, in the office of the clerk of the district court of the Fourth Judicial District of the state of Utah in and for Utah County, praying that the proceedings for the authorization andor ratification of a contract with the Strawberry Water Users' association for the purchase pur-chase of 90 acre feet of water be examined, approved and confirmed con-firmed and said court having fixed the time and set said petition peti-tion for hearing for Friday, the 17th day 'of March, 1939, and said court having made an order that the clerk of said court publish pub-lish notice of said hearing in the manner required by law. NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance ac-cordance with said order, notice is hereby given that said petition peti-tion will be heard in the court room of the District Court of the Fourth Judicial district of the state of Utah in Provo City, Utah, on Friday, the 17th day of March, 1939, at 10 o'clock a. m.; and any person interested may on or before said 17th day of March, 1939, demur to or answer said petition.
