Show " IMPROVEMENTS NOTED ON MAIN STREET i Evidence of improved business conditionsas well as faith in the business prospects of the future, are seen in new business buildings ;ind improvements on Main street. I Work has been completed this week, and everything is in readi-f readi-f ness for the opening Saturday, of l one of the most modern -and- up-. J to-date grocery concerns in the city, known as the Main market, to be located in the H. T. Reynolds Reyn-olds building on the corner of Main and Second South street. Planned to serve the public in the most efficient manner possible, the new establishment is equipped equip-ped with the most modern means available to preserve foods and otherwise handle them by the f most sanitary methods. While quality will not be sac- - rificed, the policy of the new con-i con-i cern will be to maintain prices i as low as any elsewhere on the same quality goods. A variety of foods canned and fresh will be handled, and the patronage of the public will be appreciated. An invitation is extended to everyone to Inspect the new store. The business is home owned. The remodeling of the Reynolds store building and its occupancy " adds much to the appearance of the business section o ftown as do other improvements now underway. under-way. H A new theater to be one of the I moat modern in this vicinity and planned to be one of the largest and best equipped south of Salt Lake City, is also underway. The building is being erected under the direction of Emil -Ostlund, manager of the Ritz and what was formerly the Rivoli theaters. The new theater building will ' be at the same site, as the Rivoli, the buildings adjoining having been purchased for the new show . house. ' Another business improvement m is that of Kocpscl and Love, which J will presently move into the south portion of the Harrison Electric " store building on .South Mia in street. This concern already operating, handles auto parts and all types of machine works. W'ith the occupancy 'of the three named buildings, practically practical-ly every business house on Main street, will be filled. |
