Show ready, i tlu-' fi-w weeks the cave has been opened, tourists from 33 states have been registered there as well as tourists from three European countries and Canada TIMP CAVE TO BE BOOSTED Plans for an extensive publicity program advertising- Timpanogos Cave were outlined at a meeting of the Timp Cave committee Monday Mon-day with P. P. Patraw. superintendent superin-tendent of Zion and Bryce National Na-tional Parks. The cave officers meeting with Superintendent Pat-raw Pat-raw were S. L. Chipman, American Ameri-can Fork, president of the Timp Cave committee; Leo Meredith, 1 secretary, and C. L. Warnick, Pleasant Grove, one of the Timpj Cave directors. It is planned that within the next two weeks a "better relations," rela-tions," meeting will be sponsored by the cave committee at which time they will be host at the Timp Cave camp to representatives of all the state and county newspapers, news-papers, j Ask Koad Oiling j The committee decided to petition peti-tion the state road commission that the road to the cave from the Alpine highway be oiled. Possibilities of building camps for tourists on the Timp Cace flat, to accomodate tourists who wish to stay overnight, was discussed dis-cussed with favorable indications of action in the near future.
