Show SOCICTY NEVS Mrs. Percy Anderson of this city j was honor guest at a nicely arranged ar-ranged birthday party at her home Tuesday. Social chat, music- and e general good time was enjoyed by all and Mrs. Anderson was the recipient re-cipient of many pretty birthday j gifts. A delicious luncheon con- eluded the party and -was served to the following relatives and friends present: Mr. and Mrs. Warner Allen and daughter, Mr. and Mis. Heber Beckstrom and son of Park City, Mrs. Sarah Hutchison, Mrs. Sarah Meacham, Delos Beckstrom Mrs. Vera Palson of Spanish Fork, Mrs. Mary Ann Palson, L.ke Shore, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Buar and family, fam-ily, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Hutchison of Lake Shore, Mrs. Susie Barrett and family of American Fork, Mrs. Mary Gabbitas and daughter, Mrs. Lonnie Howe, Mildred Harrison. Mrs. Ida Clyde and daughter, and Mrs. Lydia Averett of this city. In honor of Mrs. Julin Child, f Mrs. Oda A. Lambson of this city were present at a family reunion on Thursday July 24. An old fashioned dinner was served at one long table. Covers were laid for twenty-five people. Out of town guests were: Mr. and Mrs. D. E. Lambson and children, Mr. and Mrs. M. A. Lambson Lamb-son and family, Mr. and Mrs. W- D Lambson and family, all of Helper, Mr. and Mrs. C. Draper and children chil-dren of Thistle, Mr. and Mrs. Hans Lund and children, J. M. Halt of, Magna and Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Lambson and daughter of Provo. The regular monthly social hour ! of the Kolob stake Primary asso- elation will be held Saturday at 3 o'clock in the Third ward amusement amuse-ment hall according to announcement announce-ment by President Mae Crandad. Officers and teachers of the Third ward will be hostesses and plans for tnc annual home coming of the Primary to be held September 20 will be discussed together with the practicing of songs and dances for the occasion. Mrs. Singleton was" born in Springville and has made her horn! here practically all her life. She iias always taken an active par! in religious and civic activities and is known as one of the pioneer mothers of this community. She has been a teacher in Relief society for forty-seven years. She is th; mother of eight children, six o. ( whom are living. They are Mrs. I Milenda Sumsion, Frances, William, David and Merrill Singleton.
