Show B. M. Mendenhall dies in SIX, interment here Funeral services were held Tuesday in ; Salt Lake City, for Berne M. Mendenhall, 77, a former resident of Springville, Spring-ville, who died Saturday forenoon fore-noon at his residence, 1381 E. 3010 South, Salt Lake, of a heart ailment. Burial was in the Evergreen cemetery. Mr. Mendenhall was born in Springville April 13, 1886, a son of Thomas L. and Mary Ellen Deal Mendenhall. During his early life, he followed ranching and also worked on construction. He married Louise Vane December De-cember 1, 1906. He and his wife had resided in Salt Lake City the past few years but lived here most of their early married life. Surviving besides his wife, are a son and two daughters: Harold Mendenhall of Lehi; Mrs. Helen M. Anderson and Mrs. Robert S. (Beth) Carter of Salt Lake City; five grandchildren; grand-children; two great grandchildren; grandchild-ren; a sister, Arlene Mendenhall, Menden-hall, Springville. Buffalo are commonly seen in Yellowstone National Park. |
