Show Floral rites feiiirday for Hazel A. Jacob Services were held Saturday the Tenth Ward Chapel for Mrs. Hazel Averett Shepherd Jacobs, 75, 715 East Center St. Bishop J. Grant Nielson was in charge. Burial was in the Evergreen cemetery, directed by Wheeler Mortuary. Mrs. Jacob died Wednesday in the Utah Valley Hos-Wal Hos-Wal following an extended illness. ill-ness. . She was born March 8, 1888, j Springville, a daughter of wnjamin and Olive Whiting werett She married Jesse W. Pherd March 8, 1905. Their carriage was later solemnized the Salt Lake LDS Temple. ? : Shepherd died December ' 1922. She married Byron H. Jan. 11, 1930. He died 15, 1961.
