Show DUP Group Names Leaders for So. Utah County The Springville DUP- camps were well represented at the South Utah county organization organiza-tion meeting at the Spanish Fork Stake House Thursday afternoon of last week. A Springville woman, Mrs. Gertrude Ger-trude Clements was named second vice-captain. Mrs. Blanch Gardner of Spanish Fork is the captain and Mrs Dora Hancock of Payson is first vice-captain. Mrs. Mary Smart of Springville was also named historian. Delegates attending from the local camps included: Grace Crandall, Helen Pace, Leona Hales, Olive Porter, Lillian Crandall, Mae Huntington, Ada Smith, Margaret Miner, Vida Shepherd, Hattie Williams, Catherine Russell, Arlena Hol-ley, Hol-ley, Senate Mendenhall, Vera Singleton, LaRue Walker, Birdie Bir-die Thorpe, VeLoy Bailey, Violet Vio-let Diamond, Florence Ekker, Nell Condie, Florence Boyer, Vivian Averett, Florence Bear-dall, Bear-dall, Erma Hjorth, Opal Spencer. Spen-cer. Flossie Sanford, a former county captain and Mrs. Lucille Lu-cille Johnson served on the nomination committee. Of the 809 members in the organization, with a total of 85 delegates, 83 delegates at-' at-' tended the meeting. |
