Show Dale Hardy, ciuh - Atthecbse?. luncheon was served hostess to 21 members.by S Music Program Enjoyed By Parri Passu Club Members of Pari Passu club were delightfully entertained Thursday night at the home of Mrs. Max Sumsion. The program pro-gram was given by Mrs. La-Rell La-Rell Johnson and was pertaining pertain-ing to incidental music of the theater and movies. Mrs. Johnson John-son played records from Peer Gynt Suite to demonstrate an example of music written for a particular story. She talked about music for the old silent movies as well as those of today, and about composers that write music for movies. She then had the girls participate partici-pate in a quiz game, playing records and having the . girls write down the name of the show in which the music had been played. Mrs. Max Sumsion Sum-sion played Valse Triste on the piano. A baby gift was presented to Mrs. Irving Ransom. Mrs. Lynn Christopherson, a former member now living in Ogden, was present. The articles which the girls are making as a project for the State, Hospital had been cut out and were passed out to the girls to be sewed at home. Business was in charge of Mrs. |
