Show Funeral Services Held Tuesday 1 For W. J. Taylor Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Tuesday afternoon in the Fourth-Tenth ward chapel for Willie James Taylor, 80 who died Saturday afternoor. at the Eldred Sunset Manor oi ailments incident to age. Bishop Glenn Tipton of the Fourth ward was in charge of the services. Burial was in the Evergreen cemetery, directec" by Wheeler Mortuary. Mr. Taylor was born in Springville, Jan. 1, 1878, a son of Hyrum and Angeline Edwards Ed-wards Taylor. In the early part of his life he followed railroac" construction work and later operated a farm. He was an elder in the LDS church. He married Hanna Wood: July 28, 1915 in Provo. His wife survives as do ten sons and daughters and two stepchildren step-children as follows: Mrs. R. E (Electa) Clark, Mrs. Scott (Merlene) Beardall, Mrs. Cornice Cor-nice (Maryon) Cain, Mrs. An thon (Holla Jane) Dowh'anuik and Clarence and Dwain Taylor Tay-lor all of Springville; Mrs. Earl (Edith) Baum. Phoenix, Ariz.; Mark Taylor, Eureka; Vern Taylor, Spanish Fork; Ralph Taylor, Green River, Wyoming; step-children, Luther Brake of Provo and Mrs. Bessie Isbell, Palm Springs, Calif.; 42 grandchildren; grand-children; 18 great grandchildren; grandchil-dren; three sisters, Mrs. Holla Jane Richie of Payson; Mrs. Stella Williams and Mrs. Birdie Bir-die Davis of Price. |
