Show ATTORNEY SUED BY DISSATISFIED CLIENT For alleged neglect of the interests of his client, TV. R. Hutrhinson, an attorney, attor-ney, is made tho defendant lri a suit filed in the Third district court yesterday, in which S. H. Taylor, the plaintiff, seeks to recover $7673.55 damages. The complaint sets forth that Attorney Hutchinson was employed as counsel for the defendant in a suit to force the Palo Pa-lo ma Gold & Silver Mining company to transfer 70,000 shares of the capital stock of the company to him on fts books and to issue to him certificates for the stock; that tie suit was lost for Mr. Taylor in the Third district court and appealed to the supreme court on the advice of the attorney. Failure o' counsel to attend properly to the matter of a hill of exceptions Is charged against Attorney Hutchinson in the complaint of yesterday, except for which alleged neglect the plaintiff attests at-tests his belief that he might have won in the higher court, which, under the circumstance?, cir-cumstance?, affirmed tho judgment given against him in the lower court. |
