Plans were completed for the meeting here next Monday of the 5H' Reneral chairmen of the four oraanlza lions to consider con-sider the director general's offer. The question of continuing a board to handle grievances on Canadian railroads, composed of operating officials and representatives rep-resentatives of the four brotherhoods, -imilar to the Canadian war labor board, was discussed and a ballot was prepared pre-pared for mailing to the brotherhoods' I members. Canadian railway officials are said to be practically unanimous In favor of the plan, which would compel the sub-I sub-I mission of all grievances to the board. |
