Y., in the army's transcontinental air race reached here today, making a tjt.il of twelve eastern aviators who have covert-. In the first half cf the 5402-mile race course. Two others departed today on their second flight across the continent In pursuit of the leader, Lieutenant B. W. Maynard, who was halted after covering cover-ing half the distance to his eastern goal by a broken crankshaft. Today's arrivals were Lieutenanfs F. W.
