Richard Price, local adviser of the federal board of vocational education, together with his assistant, Julius B. Bearnson, has just -returned from a special conference at Denver. Mr. Price says the main topic discussed by the many representatives of the western west-ern states was the new amendment to tho vocational laws regulating training of disabled soldiers. Under the new ruling the most needy disabled soldiers will be the first to have their ense? raised on by the federal fed-eral board at Wa.-dihiL'ion.
