Rague. who, although he is but 23 years old, is commander of the 12,000-ton transport trans-port Finland. This photo of Commander Rague was made on the bridge of the farmer Red Star liner as she docked in New York harbor recently. Commander Rague succeeded Lien tenant Commander C. B Hill when the latter died one day out from Brest.
