Tack- man,- the 19-year-old former soldier, who is chief witness for the state in the Harris murder ease,, was on the stand all today under cross-examination. Tackman testified that he had been married and divorced. He was married in Salt Lake in ID 18 and his wife, he said, obtained a divorce from him Julv 39 last. His wife, he said, gave birth to a child February 27. 1919. Several letters which passed between Tackman and the Harris boys in the jail were read and Tackman was ex- : amined in regard 1o them.
