Show V - Seven Sentences Imposed During the Fall Term at Pocatello. Special to The Tribune. POCATELLO, Idaho, Oct. 21. The fali term of the federal court for the southeastern district of Idaho came to a close yesterday afternoon, and Judge F. S. Dietrich and official sLaff departed last night for their homes in Boise. Bell Anderson, who pleaded guilty to selling liquor, was fined 5200; Mike Du-dunake, Du-dunake, who pleaded guilty to making wine, paid a fine of $150; Kd. Mack was sentenced to pay a fiina of $100 and to serve two months in jail for selling liuuor to Indians; Sam Carr. convici nd of illegal possession of narcotics, was sentenced lo serve twelve months in the Ringham county (Blackfoot) jail; Frank Poulos. charged with white slavery, was found not guilty by tiie court. One of the last of ticia 1 acts of the term yesterday was the passing of judgment judg-ment on K. L. Masten, J. F. Solder and Fred Roswell, charged with the embezzlement embez-zlement of railroad funds. Roswell will serve six months in the Bannock county jail in this city; Solder was given a twelve-month's' sentence in the Bonneville county jail at Idaho Falls, and Masten will serve fifteen mnnths in the Bingham Bing-ham county jail at Blackfoot. |
