The racing program for the Utah state fair in October was completed yesterday. Racing on the fair grounds track is a part of the Intermountain Fair and Racing association circuit, which so assigns dates that a minimum of conflicts arise. This arrangement insures a maximum number of good horses for every track. It is, of course, unavoidable that some simultaneous simul-taneous dates be assigned, but the association as-sociation aims to have racing only in one Place at a time, and this plan is followed as nearly as possible.
