OCR Text	Show TWO PLEAD GUILTY TO BATTERY CHARGE Special to The Tribune. BINGHAM. June 5. Judge John C Green held court today in the sheriff's office. of-fice. The county was represented by Assistant As-sistant County Attorney Duvall. Joe Bog-dan, Bog-dan, Dan Popovich and Pete Bogdan pleaded guilty to assault and battery and were fined 550 each. The case against Thomas Koyce, who was charged with failing to provide for hie wife and children, chil-dren, was dismissed. It was shown that Rovce was honest and industrious and had been willing at all times to care for his family. John Christhanatakis, charged with assault as-sault and battery, took a change of venue to Judge Scott's court in Salt Lake.
