Show PAVING MATERIALS UP FOR CONSIDERATION State Road. Commission Withholds Decision De-cision as Between Bitulithic and Cement Surfacing. The state road commission, having under un-der consideration the question of preference prefer-ence between bitulithic and cement surfacing- for three and seven-tenths miles of the highway from Dvis county toward Ogden. yesterday heard arguments from representatives of firms favoring both materials and by prominent business men. The question is still held under advisement by the commission. Business men from Provo, Centerville. Kaysville, Bountiful, Farinington and Ogden Og-den were present at the hearing, as was V. P. Strange of the contracting firm of Strange & Maguire, which has before the commission for the work mentioned the lowest bid for bitulithic. surfacing. Others at the meeting to advocate their favorite material were Wilmer Evans, 1C. T. Cap-ener, Cap-ener, C. 10. Read, Ashby Snow, A. C. Reese, Salt Lake; George Sevan. Nephi Palmer, W. M. Wilson, W.
