Show IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE United States for the district of Utah. In the matter of T. E. Newman, voluntary vol-untary bankrupt. In bankruptcy, No 5054. To the creditors of T. E. Newman, of Salt Lake City, in the county of Salt Lake and district aforesaid, a bankrupt: bank-rupt: Notice is ftereby given that on the 14th day of January, 191S, the said T. E. Newman New-man was duly adjudicated bankrupt; and that the first meeting of his creditors will be held at my office in the Continental block, Salt Lake City, Utah, on the 10th day of May, 1918. at 10 o'clock a. m., at which time the said creditors may attend, prove their claims, appoint a trustee, examine the bankrupt, and transact trans-act such other business as may properly come before said meeting.
