Max Tillig, an enemy alien suspected by federal officers offi-cers of being connected with the poisoning poison-ing of cattle belonging tt the Nevada Packing company at Fernley, for which William G. Willis, a saloonkeeper of Fern-ley, Fern-ley, was arrested by federal officers last night, is being held in the Lvon countv .fail pending orders from Washington to Intern him. His internment wa recom- I mended by United States Attorney Wood-burn. Wood-burn. Willis is also in the Lyon countv jail and it Is thought now by federal officials that he wili be prosecuted under state ' laws, as the "sabotage" act was not in force at the time the cattle were poisoned. |
