It made the hoys feel lazy, but the boss soon took that streak out of them when tbev were taken out to the grounds this morning for heavy batting practice and again in the afternoon for :ield work. The whole bunch. from captain to rookie, were guests of the Fresno Commercial Com-mercial club at a luncheon during the noon hour. The hankers were held to regular training diet, which they all said agreed with them. Saturday and Sunday the Seals will play Swede Risber's bunch of government men. |
