GREAT BRITAIN TO MAKE DEMAND FOR REPARATION LONDON. Dec. 7. Great Britain will demand of Germany 8,000,000,000 for Great Britain and her dominions as reparation rep-aration for the war, according to the Daily Mall. The newspaper says it understands that David Lloyd George, the premier, will make this announcement announce-ment in a speech at Leeds today.
