Show MIUI5 BURIED 111 liiT OLIVET Largely attended funeral services, participated par-ticipated in by musical organizations and musicians in addition to other friends, were held at Mount Olivet Wednesday, for Claud J. Nettleton. violinist and orchestra or-chestra leader, who died in Denver Friday Fri-day of last week. At the grave in the Masonic plot in the cemetery an orchestra, led by Eddie Fitzpa trick, rendered a selection, and Mrs. Bessie Spiers Browning sang "Abide With Me," accompanied by the orchestra. When the cortege left the city for the cemetery a band, provided by the Musicians' Musi-cians' union, preceded It from State to Fourth East street and rendered funeral selections. The services at the grave were under the direction of Wasatch lodge, F. and A. M., and the Rev. Elmer I. Goshen paid a beatlful tribute to the life of the young musician. Floral offerings sent to the cemetery by Wasatch lodge, F. and A M., musical organizations, musicians and other frlenas of the young man, were the most profuse seen at a funeral in this city in a long period. Mr. Nettleton is survived by his parents, par-ents, one brother, who' is in Washington, D. C, and one sister, Mrs. B. B. Ramey of this city. |
