Chevers, general agent of the Union Pacific system. The ! decision to use motor vehicles instead of j the historic horse-drawn coaches means that approximately ivif.ri horses will Ik' turned ir.ro other fields of usefulness during dur-ing the coming tourist season. Acr-ording to Mr. Chevers, it is planned to piaee the management of all rak hotels ho-tels under one head, the management of camps under another and the operation of tours under a third. It is contended that the numerous companies operating heretofore made the situation confusing tor the tourist. |
