HUMANE SOCIETY TO SELECT DIRECTORS At the annual meeting of the Utah Humane society to le held at the Hotel I' tab tonight directors for the ensuing year will be elected. Plans for making the society a state-controlled state-controlled organization will also be discussed. dis-cussed. Workers in the interests of this ! society have been engaged the-past fortnight fort-night on a plan to have humane work included in the proposed new joint board of health and food control. An invitation has been extended the ireneral public and the members of the legislature to attend tonight's meeting. Talks will be given by John Henrv l:;vans of the L. D. S. universitv and hy Professor Levi Edgar Young of the Vni- versity of Ftah.
