Show FOUR OF THE DUTCH STEAMERS LOADED WITH FOODSTUFFS FALMOUTH, Feb. 24. The four homeward-bound Dutch vessels torpedoed carried car-ried mainly foodstuffs, two of them bein? consigned to the Dutch government with cargoes of wheat, while the other two carried principally oil, coffee and tobacco, coming either from Dutch colonies or neutral neu-tral countries. The outward-bound Dutch steamers were all In ballast and on their way to bring foodstuffs for Holland. It is stated that the ehips were sailing under strict orders from the Duth government, in accordance ac-cordance with instructions received from the German government. |
